Florida coalition protects farm workers from rising temperatures amid climate change Florida’s farmworkers face increasing heat-related health risks as temperatures rise due to climate change, and a local organization is working to bolster their protections. The Coalition of Immokalee Farmworkers, through its Fair Food Program, has added enforceable standards for farms meant to keep workers safe during periods of high heat. The Fair Food Program is an agreement between the CIW and participating growers and buyers to provide workers with better wages and working conditions. The new plan intends to keep farm workers safe from heat-related illnesses with mandatory breaks every two hours, increased monitoring of heat-stress prevention measures, education and training, and responding to heat-stress symptoms. https://smash.gg/tournament/shang-chi-s-a-t-z-gy-r-legend-ja/details https://smash.gg/tournament/shang-chi-s-a-t-z-gy-r-legend-ja/event/shang-chi-es-a-tiz-gyuru-legendaja-hu-2021-videa/

Japanese PM's rival Kishida urges coronavirus stimulus package TOKYO, Sept 2 (Reuters) - Japan's former foreign minister Fumio Kishida, who is challenging Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga as ruling party chief, said on Thursday an economic stimulus package worth "tens of trillions of yen" was needed to combat the coronavirus pandemic. Kishida also said Japan must maintain ultra-low interest rates to support the pandemic-hit economy, offering the clearest sign to date that expansionary fiscal and monetary policies would remain in place if he replaced Suga. The winner of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) leadership race is all but assured to become premier given the party's majority in parliament's powerful lower chamber. https://www.bigmarker.com/series/regarder-after-chapitre-3-202/series_summit https://www.bigmarker.com/series/regarder-after-chapitre-3-203/series_summit https://verafter3almasperdidas2021peliculacompletaespanol.talentlms.com/index https://vercom

Moth biodiversity assessment finds nearly 500 moth species in Tale Wildlife Sanctuary An estimated 12,000 moth species are found in India, with at least a few thousand undescribed species. Moth biodiversity assessments at Tale Wildlife Sanctuary in Arunachal Pradesh, conducted in 2011 and 2019, resulted in a checklist of 497 moth species, including 17 newly discovered species for which no published records exist from India. Several steps are being taken to protect the Tale Wildlife Sanctuary with local eco-development committees and tourism events to promote awareness about rare species at Tale. Seventeen new species have been added to the moth fauna of India from Tale Wildlife Sanctuary in Arunachal Pradesh, following moth biodiversity assessments that took place over 29 days in the months of April, May, August and September in 2011 and 2019. The study, published this July in Tropical Lepidoptera Research, identifies 497 moth species of which 460 species are identified to species leve

Gambar
Sand and dust storms impact over 500 million in India: Study More than 500 million people in India and more than 80 per cent of the populations of Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Iran are exposed to medium and high levels of poor air quality due to sand and dust storms, according to a new report. Sand and dust storms contribute significantly to poor air quality in Karachi, Lahore and Delhi in ‘southwest Asia’. Nearly 60 million people in these places experienced more than 170 dusty days a year in 2019, the report showed. The findings were published in the Asian and Pacific Centre for the Development of Disaster Information Management (APDIM) report Sand and Dust Storms Risk Assessment in Asia and the Pacific. APDIM is a regional institution of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP). The situation is much worse for six million residents of eight cities across the region: Three in China, two in Iran, two in Pakistan
